MAHAK won the UICC World Cancer Day Spirit Award 2020 for its WCD campaign which engaged different groups of its ever-growing family.

The Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) has 1100 member organizations in 170 countries. This union scrutinized the WCD campaigns launched in February 2020 by its members all over the world and eventually selected MAHAK as the winner of the 2020 spirit award from among the five finalists. This award has only been received due to your continuous care and patronage.

With the goal of early detection, which will lead to less painful and costly as well as more effective treatment, MAHAK has always strived to raise awareness toward pediatric cancer; to realize this goal, MAHAK has joined UICC’s World Cancer Day campaign since 2016. During these days and due to Coronavirus pandemic that we are all concerned about our health status, we have gotten one step closer to this goal of us whose concern is health and wellbeing.

Now we will get ready for our 2021 campaign with much more motivation. This year also the campaign will be launched with the theme of #IamAndIWill. So, join us once more in February.
