November 20 is marked as the World Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) and 2019's theme for this occasion is All Together to End COPD. Death rate caused by COPD is increasing every year which should be considered as a warning for us in order to be more conscious about this disease and in case we know someone with this disease we should help them have better conditions in life.
Rare diseases can be managed and cured by early diagnosis and following all the stages of the treatment processes that are prescribed by doctors. Pulmonary diseases are included in the category of non-communicable diseases, like cancer. On the occasion of the World COPD Day let's prevent such diseases by knowing more about them.
On this occasion, we pay tribute to all the individuals and organizations that work to raise public awareness towards these diseases and provide services to patients who have such diseases.
