Following MAHAK’s humanitarian goals to promoting organizations efficiency especially in non-governmental organizations, the recruitment section has been separated from administrative affairs and named as Human Resource Department due to the latest organization structure. This department is responsible for attracting, training and protecting the human capital in accordance with the last scientific findings in this case since 2008. MAHAK regards its employees as human capital and it means that MAHAK identifies their potential, and strives to fulfill and improve their full potential. The outstanding difference between the human resource department’s role and other administrative departments is exactly in this point. To continue targeting the improvement of staff’s efficiency at MAHAK, this department hires, promotes and evaluates applicants to various positions offered in accordance with their skills and abilities.

Planning and codifying the appropriate plans to sort the employees’ career.
Planning and codifying the function evaluation system of employees and managers.
Planning and codifying the comprehensive training system of employees.
Planning and implementing the employees satisfactory system.
Planning, codifying and implementing the comprehensive model for human resource development.
MAHAK as an institute that interacts with other organizations concentrating on pediatric cancer, requires to devote substantial attention to the development of human source as a response to the public needs and accomplish its statement. Therefore, human resource department plays an important role in realizing MAHAK’s goals by having an accurate knowledge about organization needs and capacities, as well as dedicate recruiting and training of its human capitals. For this purpose, MAHAK pays a considerable attention to the development of strategic plan in order to boost up organization capacity and its human capital efficiency.
The main points of these leading programs are:
1. investigating and making polices and regulation for human resource
2. codifying and prioritizing the short-term and medium-term goals for human resource management in line with MAHAK’s massive targets and governing regulations.
3. planning and codifying the practical plans for human source management while considering the organization requirements.

MAHAK has been recruited 421 employees that two hundred and sixty one are working in MAHAK highly specialized hospital while one hundred and sixty personals are working at MAHAK charity.
