MAHAK offices that work under direct supervision of MAHAK fundraising department are open all day long. The staffs are divided into two groups switching shifts to receive donations all day. Since of the most important aims of the charity is to be in a close interaction with its volunteers and members, therefore MAHAK has established offices. Staff in these Offices, introduce MAHAK and its activities to the public and inform them the various packages of humanitarian aids as well as receiving monetary and non-monetary support from philanthropist, receiving required hospital equipment and special aids, distributing and receiving donation boxes, distributing membership forms among volunteers and giving information about MAHAK to philanthropists.

 

Headquarter:

DarAbad office is the main office of MAHAK that is open in two shifts. Because of providing extensive services to philanthropists, this office is different from the other ones and various types of administration affairs along with issuing thank you letters for sponsors and donors are carried out there. Darabad office is also open on holidays.

1- Bastan:

The working hours of this office is 8:00 am to 7:00 pm to receive public donations.

3- Sattarkhan:

This office works in two shifts and gives accommodation to the children who have done Bone Marrow Transplant ( BMT) as well as receiving public donations and outlining MAHAK’s activities  to the visitors.

Karaj Offices:

The only branch of MAHAK established outside Tehran is Karaj office that inaugurated  in May 2010 for distributing and receiving donation boxes, distributing membership forms among volunteers and giving information about MAHAK to philanthropists. This office is the only one located outside Tehran that is in charge of above mentioned activities and other ones that are located in different cities just give information about MAHAK to philanthropists and families who have a child with cancer.
